What is your refund policy?

For your first paid purchase, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment by emailing contact@tutorflow.io. After 24 hours, payments are non-refundable, including charges for partial months, unused time, renewals, downgrades, AI credits, generated content, and rendered videos.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can change to a different plan at any time based on your needs. For enterprise plans, you can contact the TutorFlow team to discuss customized options.
