By using TutorFlow, you agree to the following:

• You accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
• If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.
• You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age of digital consent required by your local data protection law (e.g., 16 in some EEA countries under the GDPR).
• If you are a student under the age of 18 and your educational institution uses TutorFlow, access must be authorized by the institution in compliance with FERPA.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the service only for legal and intended purposes:

• Do not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Do not upload or transmit harmful code, spam, or abusive content.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with system functionality.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are fully responsible for activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
• User-submitted content remains yours, but you grant us a license to display and use it for platform purposes.

• We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
• Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Paid subscriptions and credit purchases are subject to the billing terms shown at checkout:

• Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access continues through the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
• For your first paid purchase only, you may request a full refund within 24 hours after payment by contacting contact@tutorflow.io.
• After 24 hours from your first paid purchase, payments are non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, renewal charges, plan downgrades, AI credits, generated content, and rendered videos.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts:

• If you violate these Terms of Use or applicable laws.
• If your behavior is harmful, abusive, or disrupts the platform.
• We may delete your data upon termination, unless required otherwise by law or educational regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TutorFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do:

• We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the new Terms.
