Export Slides as PPTX or PDF

Export TutorFlow slides as PPTX for editing in PowerPoint or Google Slides, or as PDF for printed handouts and learner distribution.

TutorFlow slides export in two formats: PPTX and PDF. The right choice depends on what you plan to do with the deck after export.

PPTX — for live delivery and further editing

PPTX export is the right choice when you need to continue working with the deck in a standard presentation tool.

Use PPTX when:

  • You plan to present live and want to edit speaker notes or animation in PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Your organization has a standard slide template you need to apply
  • You want to share a version that collaborators can edit
  • You need to make formatting adjustments that are easier in a dedicated presentation tool

PDF — for distribution and archiving

PDF export produces a fixed, print-ready document. It is the better choice when the deck is a deliverable rather than a presentation.

Use PDF when:

  • You are distributing the deck to learners as a reference or handout
  • You want an ebook-style course companion
  • You need a printable version for classroom use
  • You are archiving a course material for record-keeping

For most teaching contexts, the simplest workflow is:

  1. Generate and edit the deck in TutorFlow until it is final.
  2. Export PPTX for your live delivery session.
  3. Export PDF for distribution to learners.

This gives you a presentation-ready file and a learner-facing asset from the same source, without duplicating work.

Before you export

Run a quick final check on the deck:

  • Are headings consistent in style and length?
  • Is the slide sequence the final intended order?
  • Are all examples and visuals accurate and appropriate for the audience?
  • Are there any slides that should be removed before the learner-facing version is distributed?
